Our Streamily Family Membership not only gives you free shipping (up to USD 14.00) on your first order, but any Signed on Camera items you purchase are guaranteed to be signed LIVE during the Talent's scheduled livestream event!

If you've purchased a Signed on Livestream order but there are no upcoming signing dates listed in a shop, this generally means that our Partnership team is working with the talent to get a new date finalized. If you watched the live event and noticed that your order was not signed on camera, please contact our support team at support@streamily.com.

In certain cases the talent may decide to fulfill your Signed on Livestream order as Signed with Video.

The Streamily Family Membership has a recurring charge of $9.99 per month, and members are free to cancel at any time. Upon cancellation of the membership, all benefits are ended immediately.
