Our Streamily Family Membership not only gives you free shipping (up to USD 14.00) on your first order, but any Signed on Camera items you purchase are guaranteed to be signed LIVE during the Talent's scheduled livestream event!

If you've purchased a Signed on Livestream order, but noticed that your order was not signed during the talent's livestream event, or there are no upcoming signing dates listed in a shop, this generally means that our Partnership team is working with the talent to get a new date finalized.

However, if you have any concerns, or you believe that your order was signed off-camera in error, please contact our support team at support@streamily.com.

The Streamily Family Membership has a recurring charge of $9.99 per month, and members are free to cancel at any time. Upon cancellation of the membership, all benefits are ended immediately.
