What happens if my order was damaged during shipment?

We use protective industry standard packaging to ship our orders. However, even though it's rare, it does happen occasionally that an order is damaged in transit.


If this has happened with your order, please contact our support team at support@streamily.com and include photos of the damaged item as it was received. In most cases we will be able to offer a solution, such as a replacement print.
