How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go! However, you can cancel your Streamily Family Membership via the Order History page in your Streamily account.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the icon that reads "manage subscription", and follow the prompts.
If you are not seeing this icon at the bottom of the page, it typically means that you have already successfully cancelled your membership. If you're not sure, please contact support@streamily.com
They can cancel the membership for you.
