When can I expect my order after it has been shipped? (US Domestic)
Globally, everyone is still dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic and the shipping delays that it has caused. Because of this, shipping times are slightly longer than usual.
For shipments within the US, we typically process orders through USPS. You will receive email with tracking information for your item, when your order has been prepared for shipment.
It is common for USPS tracking details to go a few days without any updates as the order processes through their facilities. This does not mean that there is an issue with your order. And in most cases, if your order is lost or damaged, it will be confirmed through the tracking details, and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
