Why wasn't my order signed on Livestream?

Signing up for our Streamily Family Membership or purchasing priority status for your order at checkout ensures that it will be signed at the event! While most autographs are signed during the livestream, only VIP/Priority orders are guaranteed to be signed on camera. Please note, any VIP/Priority orders that are purchased or upgraded during a livestream are not guaranteed to be signed on that livestream.
