Why wasn't my order signed on Livestream?

Signing up for our Streamily Family Membership or purchasing priority (VIP) status for your order at checkout ensures that your item will be signed during the live event!


While most autographs are signed during the livestream, only VIP/priority orders are guaranteed to be signed on camera. These orders are signed at the beginning of the event. If time allows, talent will sign the remaining Signed On Livestream orders on camera. But if there isn't enough time during the livestream, talent will sign these orders shortly after the event.


Please note, any VIP/priority orders that are purchased or upgraded during a livestream are not guaranteed to be signed on that livestream.


In the unlikely event that your VIP/priority order wasn't signed during the live event, please notify our support team right away. They will be able to work with the talent reps to find a solution, and ensure you will have that priority experience.
