What happens to my livestream order if there's no upcoming events listed?

If you've bought a Signed on Livestream order, but notice there's no upcoming signing dates listed on a shop, that means that our team is working with the Talent to get the date finalized!

We'd like to note that only VIP and Priority orders are guaranteed to be signed on-camera. If your order is not VIP or Priority, then it may be getting signed offline by the Talent.

Once we confirm a date for a signing event, it'll be updated on the Talent’s shop and should be announced on the Talent's social media!
