Why is it taking so long for my order to be fulfilled?

My order still hasn’t shipped. Why is it taking so long?

The short answer here is that Streamily offers personalized products that require some time and effort of the artist to create. We operate on your behalf to get you that unique, signed item. This means that a lot of things need to fall into place in order to make this happen. (Think: a lot of back and forth with the artist’s manager and agent, location and scheduling negotiations, product approval, sending prints to artists. You get the idea.) By the time your signed order is on its way to you, it has gone through many steps.

So how does the order process work?

How long it takes to fulfill your order (from start to finish) depends on the talent, as well as the type of order you placed:

Signed On Livestream orders

  1. Signed On Livestream orders are signed by talent during or shortly after a scheduled livestream event. VIP/Priority orders are signed by talent during the livestream. All other orders are signed shortly after the live event. (Please note: talent can choose to upgrade any unfulfilled livestream orders to Signed With Video at their discretion.)
  2. The prints talent will sign during the livestream are shipped to the artist before the date of the event. When ALL prints have been signed (this includes the prints that were signed during the livestream, as well as the prints signed after the livestream), talent will ship the signed prints back to Streamily HQ. (We strongly encourage talent to send the prints back to us within 14 days of signing.)
  3. Once the signed prints have made it safely to our HQ, our fulfillment team will carefully package the prints, and send them on their way to you, the customer!

Signed With Video orders

Signed With Video orders are signed by talent with a personalized, recorded video. We encourage talent to sign the prints and record the videos within weeks of receiving the prints.


Signed Off Camera orders

Signed Off Camera orders follow the same process as Signed With Video orders. When an order has been placed, we send the print to the artist. Talent is then encouraged to sign the print and return it to us within weeks of signing.


While Streamily makes every effort to have orders signed and shipped back to us as quickly as possible, all artists on Streamily have the sole discretion to determine when and how they will sign your item. Delays may occur due to a talent’s schedule and/or location, and Streamily cannot give a guaranteed date of completion.
