How do I check the status of my order?

We totally understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for your order to arrive, and we're super excited for you to receive it! To keep you updated throughout the whole process, you're able to check your order status from your Order History page.

We've outlined what each status means below and what the next step is. We also want to be clear that the process may vary, depending on the sign type you purchased: please see the article titled, "What are the different sign types that Streamily offers?" to better help you understand the process your order will follow:


  • Livestream Signings - these are steps the order will follow:
    • Awaiting Completion - Your order is waiting in the queue for the talent to complete it on or after their livestream event.


    • Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent and on its way back to our headquarters.
    • Received - Your order has been received at our headquarters and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority!
    • Complete - Your order has been shipped out! A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.

  • Signed With Video - these are the steps the order will follow:
    • Awaiting Completion: Your video should be recorded and your print signed within weeks of the date of purchase.

    • Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent and the signed print is on its way back to our headquarters - your personalized video is to be emailed to you.
    • Received - Your print has been received at our headquarters and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority!
    • Complete - Your print has been shipped out! A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.

  • Signed Off Camera - these are the steps the order will follow:
    • Awaiting Completion: Your order should be signed within weeks of the date of purchase.

    • Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent and the signed print is on its way back to our headquarters.
    • Received - Your order has been received at our headquarters and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority!
    • Complete - Your order has been shipped out! A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.

Pre-Signed - these are the steps the order will follow:

    • Received - The inventory for this sign type is housed in our headquarters and should be shipped within two to three business days of purchase.
    • Complete - Your order has been shipped out! A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.

Unsigned - these are the steps the order will follow:

    • Received - The inventory for this sign type is housed in our headquarters and should be shipped within two to three business days of purchase.
    • Complete - Your order has been shipped out! A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.

Shoutout - these are the steps the order will follow:

    • Awaiting Completion: Your video should be recorded within weeks of the date of purchase.

    • Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent and the link for the video made available.
    • Received - Your video link has been received and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority!
    • Complete - Your video link has been emailed to you!
