How do I check the status of my order?
We totally understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for your order to arrive, and we're super excited for you to receive it! To keep you updated throughout the whole process, you're able to check your order status from your Order History page or you can easily check here.
We've outlined what each status means below and what the next step is. We also want to be clear that the process may vary, depending on the sign type you purchased: please see the article titled, "Why is my order taking so long to be fulfilled" for more information on the various steps your order goes through before it's sent to you, and how we make magic happen!
- Livestream Signings - these are steps the order will follow:
- Awaiting Completion - Your order is waiting in the queue for the talent to complete it during or after their livestream event. When ALL prints have been signed (this includes prints signed during the livestream as well as prints that were signed off camera after the livestream) talent will ship the signed prints back to Streamily HQ. We strongly encourage talent to send the prints back to us within 14 days of signing. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when the prints will be shipped back to us, as the talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent, and is on its way back to our headquarters.
- Received - Your order has been received at our headquarters, and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority.
- Complete - Your order has been shipped out. A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.
- Signed With Video - these are the steps the order will follow:
- Awaiting Completion: Your order will be signed by talent with a personalized, recorded video. We strongly encourage talent to sign their prints and record the videos within weeks of receiving the prints. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when it will be recorded, as the talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent and the signed print is on its way back to our headquarters - your personalized video will be emailed to you as soon as it has been uploaded by the talent.
- Received - Your print has been received at our headquarters and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority.
- Complete - Your print has been shipped out. A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.
- Signed Off Camera - these are the steps the order will follow:
Awaiting Completion: The print you've ordered has been sent to the talent for signing. Talent is encouraged to sign the print upon receipt and return it to us within weeks of signing. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when it will be signed, as the talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the talent and the signed print is on its way back to our headquarters.
- Received - Your order has been received at our headquarters and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority.
- Complete - Your order has been shipped out. A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.
Pre-Signed - these are the steps the order will follow:
- Received - The inventory for this sign type is housed in our headquarters and should be shipped within two to three business days of purchase.
- Complete - Your order has been shipped out. A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.
Unsigned - these are the steps the order will follow:
- Received - The inventory for this sign type is housed in our headquarters and should be shipped within two to three business days of purchase.
- Complete - Your order has been shipped out. A confirmation email should have been sent to you with tracking information.
Shoutout - these are the steps the order will follow:
- Awaiting Completion: We encourage talent to record their videos within weeks of the order purchase date. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when it will be recorded, as the talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Fulfilled - Your order has been recorded by the talent.
- Received - Your video link has been received by Streamily, and we're working on sending it out to you as our highest priority.
- Complete - Your video link has been emailed to you.
