How do I check the status of my order?
We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for your order to arrive, and we're super excited for you to receive it!
To keep you updated throughout the process, you're able to check your order status from the Order History page in your Streamily account. Or you can check your order status here.
We've outlined what each status means below. However, we'd like to note that the process may vary depending on the Talent and the type of signing you purchased (e.g. Signed Off Camera, Signed On Livestream, etc.)
Please see "Why is my order taking so long to be fulfilled" for more information on the various steps your order goes through before it's sent to you, and how we make the magic happen!
- Livestream Signings:
- Step 1: Awaiting Completion - Your order is waiting in the queue for the talent to complete it during or after their livestream event. When all prints have been signed (this includes prints signed during the livestream, as well as prints that were signed off camera after the livestream) Talent will ship the signed prints back to our warehouse. We strongly encourage Talent to send the prints back to us within 14 days of signing. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when the prints will be shipped back to us, as the talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Step 2: Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the Talent, and is on its way back to our warehouse.
- Step 3: Received - Your order has been received at our warehouse, and we're preparing it for shipment.
- Step 4: Complete - Your order has been shipped out. You will have received a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Signed With Video:
- Step 1: Awaiting Completion: Your order will be signed by Talent with a personalized video message. We strongly encourage Talent to sign their prints and record the videos within weeks of receiving the prints. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when your order will be recorded and signed, as the talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Step 2: Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the Talent and the signed print is on its way back to our warehouse. Your personalized video will be emailed to you as soon as it has been uploaded by the Talent.
- Step 3: Received - Your print has been received at our warehouse, and we're preparing it for shipment.
- Step 4: Complete - Your print has been shipped out. You will have received a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Signed Off Camera:
Step 1: Awaiting Completion: The print you've ordered has been sent to the Talent for signing. Talent is encouraged to sign the print and return it to us within weeks of signing. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when it will be signed, as the Talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Step 2: Fulfilled - Your order has been completed by the Talent, and the signed print is on its way back to our warehouse.
- Step 3: Received - Your order has been received at our warehouse, and we're preparing it for shipment.
- Step 4: Complete - Your order has been shipped out. You will have received a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Signed:
- Step 1: Received - The inventory for this sign type is housed in our warehouse, and your item will be shipped within two to three business days from the date of purchase.
- Step 2: Complete - Your order has been shipped out. You will have received a confirmation email with tracking information.
Unsigned:
- Step 1: Received - The inventory for this sign type is housed in our warehouse, and your item will be shipped within two to three business days from the date of purchase.
- Step 2: Complete - Your order has been shipped out. You will have received a confirmation email with tracking information.
Audio/Video Shoutout:
- Step 1: Awaiting Completion: We strongly encourage Talent to record the video or audio message within weeks of the order purchase date. However, we cannot give any guarantees as to when it will be recorded, as the Talent is in charge of their schedule.
- Step 2: Fulfilled - Your order has been recorded by the Talent.
- Step 3: Received - Your audio/video link has been received by Streamily, and we're preparing to email it to you.
- Step 4: Complete - Your audio/video link has been emailed to you.
