How does order personalization work?

Streamily does its best to ensure that your item, and experience, are all that you can hope for! In addition to getting a signed print from your favorite Talent, you can also ask that they add a special message - from them to you! You can add this in the Special Instructions box when purchasing your order.

We welcome you to express your creativity within your message, but would like to note the following: All autographs are signed independently by the Talent and signed solely at each Talent's individual discretion. Please be careful to not include any explicit or commercial messages.

Please keep in mind that though they do their best, the Talent on our platform are human, and mistakes can sometimes happen. Streamily does not guarantee clarity of penmanship, punctuation, or mistakes in personalizations made by the artist. Further, Streamily does not guarantee the absence of minor damage, and imperfections (smudges, fingerprints etc.) caused by the artist during the process of signing. Artists can choose to opt out of personal message requests at their own discretion.
